1. 7-Day Return Policy | ৭-দিনের রিটার্ন পলিসি

We take pride in the quality of our authentic mango pickles. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

আমাদের খাঁটি আমের আচারের গুণমান নিয়ে আমরা গর্বিত। আপনি যদি আপনার কেনা পণ্যটি নিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তবে আমরা সাহায্য করতে প্রস্তুত। পণ্যটি গ্রহণের দিন থেকে ৭ দিন পর্যন্ত আপনি সেটি রিটার্ন বা ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

2. Eligibility for Returns | রিটার্ন করার যোগ্যতা

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

রিটার্নের জন্য যোগ্য হতে হলে আপনার পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, সিল করা এবং আপনি যেভাবে পেয়েছেন ঠিক সেই অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। এটি অবশ্যই আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে। যেকোনো রিটার্নের জন্য রসিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ আবশ্যক।

3. Refunds | রিফান্ড

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs | শিপিং খরচ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

পণ্যটি ফেরত পাঠানোর জন্য শিপিং খরচ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে। শিপিং খরচ নন-রিফান্ডেবল বা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। আপনি যদি রিফান্ড পান, তবে রিটার্ন শিপিংয়ের খরচ আপনার রিফান্ড থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items | ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without any return shipping costs on your end.
